Final Video Three

I found this location especially striking because of the color of the rusted grate coming from underneat the ice. The ice creates some really interesting forms because it was left overs from the makings of an ice sculpture near by. I really wanted to emphasize the flashes of color in the speed of the video. Also, the way the ice was cut and chipped made some really interesting shapes go well with the ornate pattern of the grate. This was taken on March 15th at about 2:45 pm.

Final Video Two

While using the snow as a blank backdrop I found that the harsh lines of this brush were really interesting. In some images there are just a few single pieces sticking up which I liked compared to the clumps of brush in the other images. These singular bristles seemed strong as if to free themselves from the snow. This was taken on March 15th at 3:30 pm.

Final Video One

This video was put together with the intention of demonstrating how a part acts in the scheme of a whole. I focused on different details of one common object and placed the different focuses side by side to demonstrate the building up to a whole. This was taken at 2:15 pm on March 22nd. The weather was finally warming up and it was pretty sunny out. I also wanted to capture the nice change of environment that had happened after the extreme snowy winter we have been surviving.
